The higher temperature, the more bisphenol A will be released by in PC, the faster the speed. Therefore, PC bottles should not be used to package hot water. If your water bottle code is 07, below methods can reduce risks. Avoid heat treatment and direct sunshine; Do not clean with dish washer or dish dryer. Before first usage, wash in mild baking soda water, and get it dried under home temperature. If any container break or damage, it's suggested not to use any more, since any slight groove on plastic product surface can hide bacterial. And avoid to use over-aging plastic containers repeatedly.
Plastic recycling symbol is a triangle sign, generally mared at container bottom. there's a digit from 1 to 7 surrounded by the triangle, and each digits represent different material, therefore different digits means different plastic material. If a plastic product is made of different material, then the main material will be remarked, the symbol originated from America, and was adopted by many countries including China. In China, it's not mandatory to mark the plastic recycling symbol, some leading brands began to use the recycling symbol for plastic product recycling more conveniently.
