The reasons of product distortion in the process of injection

The product distortion is the general problem in the injection process, so what will cause the distortion of product?
1.Product distortion after ejecting.Because the pressure of ejected product is uneven to cause the distortion.
2.Insufficient cooling. The design of cooling waterway is unreasonable, it causes the insufficient cooling. And the injeciton product cooling uneven to make the plastic products distorted.
3.The structure of injection product is unreasonable.For example, all the ribs in the same side and far from each other, it will cause the product distortion.
4.The injection technic is unreasonable, the severe shrinkage of product will cause the product distortion.
Above are the four basic factors to cause the product distortion, they should be taken into account in designing the product and injectiion mould, to avoid the product distortion in the process of injection.
